Early Resolution for the New Year

It is not a new year yet, but I have started on my New Year's resolution.

I am a Close To My Heart consultant who loves what she does.  Problem for me is that I realize I have only been working on my passion for scrapbooking for my monthly stamp club.  I love my club and the ladies that are in it, don't get me wrong.  But this next year I need to do some more focusing on scrapbooking for myself and my family.  My resolution is to get at least 4 two-page layouts for myself and not my business each month.  I will most likely use my Close To My Heart products and still use the layouts as examples for my business, but they are going to be used in my own books in the end.  I am going to decide how to use the papers and make the layouts based on the pictures I intend to use.  It is going to be the best of both worlds.

So, here is my stamp club page for the end of this year.  I love Christmas time with all the traditions.  This year we are celebrating, but not a "tradition" as you would think.  My boys have gone through the same daycare classes.  Each of them have had the same teachers two years apart.  We love Ms. Michelle, who is the "2nd year" preschool teacher.  When Max was in here class he was lucky enough to play Santa in their Christmas play.  This year Ms. Michelle has been kind enough to cast Ben as the Santa Claus this year.  I am so thrilled....it is so much fun when you can see the boys do the same part in a different way.  I have made this page for stamp club, but I already know what pictures I am going to put on it.  This is going to be the pages for my little Santas two years apart.  Hooray.

I am going to start loving my job again.  It has been said that you should find something you love to do and make a living at it.  It should make you happy all the time then.  Problem is that I have lost site of my love for the business.  I am going back to my love and hope the business follows.
